ST. LOUIS, MO (March 26, 2020) — Dot Family Holdings (DFH), the investment office of the Tracy Family, owners and operators of Dot Foods, Inc., the largest food industry redistributor in North America, announced that St. Louis-based TAGG Logistics, an e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and logistics provider, has merged with LeSaint Logistics, an Illinois-based company specializing in customized, integrated transportation and supply chain solutions. DFH acquired TAGG Logistics in September 2018.

The merger of the two companies creates a nationwide network of 25 fulfillment and warehousing facilities, plus transportation management and other value-added logistics services. “We are thrilled to add LeSaint Logistics to our Dot Family Holdings portfolio of companies,” said Heath Hunter, vice president of corporate development for Dot Family Holdings. “This merger expands our e-commerce expertise and adds to our strong foundation of service.”
